COCKTAILS

Add ice into a highball or Copa de Balon glass.
Pour over gin and top up with Pelican Island Tonic and stir gently.
Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of lemon.

Add ice to mason jar or highball glass.
Pour over vodka and top up with Pelican Island Indian Tonic Water and stir gently.
Garnish with green cucumber wheels and mint.

Add ice to a highball glass.
Pour over rum and top with Pelican Island Cola.
Garnish with mint and lemon wheel.

Add ice to rock glass.
Pour over arrack and top up with Pelican Island Cola.
Garnish with a wedge of lime and single cherry.

Add ice to a rock glass.
Pour over whisky and top up as desired with Pelican Island Soda.
Garnish with a stick of cinnamon and a slice of pear.

4 Frozen Raspberries or 6 mixed berries
Wedge of lime
3 mint leaves
1 tsp of sugar (optional)
Muddle berries, lime, mint and sugar in a rock glass. Add ice and pour over the rum. Top up with Pelican Island Soda, stirring gently. Garnish with mint
